Peptide sex determination and stable isotope analysis of Mesolithic humans

Using stable isotope analysis of human tissues collected from Nivå 10 and Nivågård, Denmark, Harry Robson and colleagues were able to reconstruct the life histories and diets of 10 individuals. Such methods are needed when dealing with samples collected from a micro-region characterised by poor organic preservation.
